written last week about another exchange at this same gathering where Franken had embarrassed Scalia on his lack of knowledge in regard to the constitution and abortion. It seems Franken also made Scalia look foolish about his lack of 'judicial demeanor' for refusing to recuse himself on cases involving Cheney.
