Of course, DeLay could be serving time in prison by then, too.

Tom DeLay to withdraw from race
Tom DeLay, the biggest criminal to ever lead the House of Representatives, called Chris Matthews tonight and told him he would not run for re-election in November. This was announced minutes ago on Scarborough Country.
