Right Wing Ignorance Costs Lives

I have written twice before about this problem with 'social conservatives' (there's no such thing as a 'fiscal' conservative) standing in the way of science and medicine in protecting women from cervical cancer. These religious zealots are a disgrace and should have absolutely no say in what goes on in science. It's precisely these types of zealots that our 'founding fathers', especially James Madison and Thomas Jefferson, had such disdain for and why they wrote the 1st Amendment.
