Pearl Harbor, FDR and Real Leadership
On this day, the 64th year after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, there is one thing that Americans should be forever thankful for. Be thankful that Franklin Delano Roosevelt was our president and not George W. Bush. If Bush would have been president, he would have quit fighting the Japanese after two months and then idiotically attacked Formosa.

On August 15, 1935, Wiley Post, the first pilot to fly solo around the world, and American humorist Will Rogers were killed when Post's plane crashed on takeoff from a lagoon near Point Barrow, in Alaska.
