"LOS ANGELES authorities fear riots will break out if Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger does not spare the life of convicted killer and gang founder Stanley "Tookie" Williams. Schwarzenegger must decide whether Williams lives or dies and LA council members say if he does not save the founder of the notorious Crips gang, there will be violence. Williams is due to be executed by lethal injection on Wednesday in California's San Quentin prison. LA government departments have told police, schools and local groups to prepare for violence if Schwarzenegger rejects Williams' last-minute request for clemency. Schwarzenegger is expected to decide in the next 48 hours.
