Brownie: Pay for my Lawyer or I talk

“Unless there is specific direction otherwise from the president, including an assurance the president will provide a legal defense to Mr. Brown if he refuses to testify as to these matters, Mr. Brown will testify if asked about particular communications,” ~ Brown's attorney
"Former disaster agency chief Michael Brown is indicating he is ready to reveal his correspondence with President Bush and other officials during Hurricane Katrina unless the White House forbids it and offers legal support".
This has to be the most highly publicized and the most self-evident case of bribery that's ever happened. Bush obviously is not only stonewalling the nation on the investigation into what went wrong with his response to Katrina, but he's also pissed off his old friend "Brownie". Some bleak days for Republicans, huh? You have Brownie singing almost as loud as Scooter. These rightwing sissy boys sure don't hold up well under pressure, do they?
