One of the best things to happen to this country in the last 4 years and 9 months of George W. Bush is when his approval rating plunged to 37%.
Now we will see the 'conciliatory' Dubya. For a person who lost the first election and who won reelection by the narrowest margin in history, that's what we should have seen from day one.......and they don't watch the polls - LOL!
