Bush, if his lips are moving, he's more than likely lying
One of the unfortunate realities of the Bush administration is you never know when these guys are telling the truth or not.
The 'alleged' letter to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi from al-Zawahri is now thought to possibly be a fake. As was written here earlier, Bush and his band of liars lied about the staged event of tearing down Saddam's statue, they staged the Jessica Lynch rescue, they lied about Pat Tillman and of course just yesterday our pathetic leader and his handlers staged their teleconference.
This adminstration, just like their base, are nothing but a bunch of staged, phony, hypocritical losers.
