Bush and the White House are going to blame Hurricane Katrina for the deficit when it was already predicted to be well over $350 billion this year. Add that almost $1 billion a day to the $1 billion per day in INTEREST that the Republican created $8 trillion debt costs and smart people start to realize that Republicans are terribly expensive.
