Wisconsin's lonely crusader

"With public angst high about national security, virtually every senator is lining up to vote for renewing the USA Patriot Act as early as Wednesday, following exhortations from President Bush that the bill is necessary to the fight terrorism. Not Sen. Russell Feingold. The Wisconsin Democrat is crusading against the bill, and he finds himself in a familiar place.
